By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

  1. Services

Our website offers health and fitness services which you can purchase through the Service. Once a purchase is made, you will receive an invite email to join our separate platform where the services will be delivered.

  1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

  1. Payments

All payments for the services are processed through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.

  1. Onboarding to Separate Platform

Upon successful payment, you will receive an invite email to join a separate platform where the services will be provided. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions in the invite email and complete the onboarding process.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Louise Quinn and its licensors.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

•    In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
•    To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
•    To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall www.thehealthengine.co, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
